Every now and then, an angel must relax...

You're busy, I'm busy, we're all busy!

At times being busy is lovely. At times being busy is mind numbing (helps to keep our monkey minds at bay). At times being busy is productive - 'I got _________ so much done!'

And then there are times you need to rest.

For those of you following me rather actively, know that I've taken the summer off... kinda. Even my husband said I was to sit on the beach and do nothing. Even clients were telling me I looked wiped. I listened as best I could!

Funny thing that has happened while taking time off; I've created four new products! Yes, four. Some shall debut this weekend and the rest within a couple of weeks. This isn't about plugging great new stuff, but rather a funny; take time off to create?

You betcha.

It's in those quiet moments of sitting on the beach, chatting with my summer neighbors and of course the cats and Gabi that new ideas filtered through. Why? Because I wasn't busy!

It's in those moments when we allow ourselves to BE that we get great clarity. We can truly see where this journey is leading us. We can take time off to giggle, meander, ponder, and revel in ducks parading down the street daily. It's those little things that help to juice one up. Through that juicing, enters Gabriel and a platter of ideas are presented. Not all will be ones you wish to be active on, but then again... who knows?

Taking time out daily to rejuvenate is imperative for all. This allows one to not get sucked into drama; whether it be personal, local, regional, national or international. It doesn't mean you can't act upon those things, but you can do so with better clarity as to why you get involved and at what time.

Peace does start within. Take time out daily to connect with your peace and the rest does follow.
