1. Have fun! Life can often be daunting, overwhelming, and even a bit confusing at times, so it is extremely important for me to remember to have fun and to make our conversations and products fun for you, as well. To add to the fun, I always try to throw a bit of empowering chatter lessons in, too.
2. Be honest. If I don’t know something, I am honest and say so. I will search to find the answer and recommend you to others if I think they will be a better fit or if they know a particular area better than me. This is as much an ego-free zone as humanly possible–I am here to help and serve you, even if that means referring you to someone else. It’s about you, Goddess!
3. Do my best. In addition to being honest, I promise to do the best I can. Whether you are a customer, client, or friend, you can expect to receive the best treatment from me each and every day.
4. Deliver the “WOW” Factor! I want you to be very pleased with every encounter you have with Angel Chatter™ and with me, so pleased that you not only keep coming back, but that you tell your friends. That said, if you are ever not fully satisfied, please let me know—we are all here to learn. And it’s not just business; it’s life—see Rule #3.
5. Keep it simple. This may sound counter-productive, but I love simple. I promise to give you everything I’ve got in the best way I know how, and provide it to you in the simplest way I can.
6. Love conquers and motivates all. If an act isn’t done with a loving heart, it simply isn’t worth doing. Period. So help me spread the love.
