The signs we get.... April 20 2017 3 Comments
I was blessed to have three of my grandparents live well into their nineties. Each one of the was incredible in their own right. I loved them all dearly.
As an example, Grandpa would have us out watching the ants play baseball, watching submarine races and keep us enthralled with stories of life in the early times in New York City.
Grandma, his wife, was the spitfire; small but mighty and very cognizant until the very end. She was the cog in the family, always there with great hugs, laughter and tidbits of wisdom, when you were ready to listen.
My other Grandma, Mary, is the one I wish to share about today. The last months of her life were confusing. Without drudging up family drama, nobody is quite sure of her last days other than she had a roof over her head, plenty of food, etc. She was taken care of, but we are also fairly certain there was 'mischief' afoot; that's me being nice about her care giver.
I was her first grandchild and the only for over seven years. We built a bond that was unbreakable that lasted a lifetime and now apparently beyond...
Grandma died many years ago and as with the passing or skipping over of our loved ones, we mourned. We cried. We laughed. We questioned. She skipped over in the month of June and by September, she began leaving signs for us.
The first gift was found in the center of our upstairs hallway. Right smack dab in the center of the hall. The hall we all traversed on a regular basis going to and fro to bed. On the day in question, I was walking from the office to our bedroom and lo and behold there was a very small Mary Medallion (one of the blue ones). I quickly said 'Hi Grandma' and put it in a chest she had given me from Poland to keep it safe.
Second gift; I shared the story with my mom a few months later when she was visiting and went to show her. The Mary Medallion had reproduced! There were now TWO medallions, but this one was the solid silver one in the photo. Before you question, the chest is rather empty with the exception of gifts from her.
Third gift; I have a Kwan Yin statue on my nightstand. Over one year after the second gift, I found a Mary Medallion was now safely nestled in Kwan Yin's hand! This is the second blue one.
Fourth gift; fast forward three or four years. We had just moved into our New Digs. We had been able to put much of the house in order and were now in the Lower Level (aka finished basement) and putting away all things Angel Chatter. My husband and I were chatting away about the house that was quickly becoming our home, our dreams of the future and just general talk. He became very quiet. As I glanced across the room to him, he was looking at something in his hand.
'I just found a Mary Medallion on the rug. It wasn't there before.'
'Did you say HI to Grandma?'
This is the fourth medallion in my hand - the very opaque one. I figure she wished to see our new home and make sure once again all was well in our world.
Fifth gift; Mom has now found one in the middle of their bed AFTER she made it!
You see, our loved ones often visit us. All of us. Sometimes they leave a token of their love; the Mary Medallion as an example. Some leave an aroma in their wake that we associate with them. Some may allow you to feel their presence in the form of a hug, a thought, a gentle breeze or a song. Sometimes we are trying so desperately to hear from them, we inadvertently don't allow these gifts to come forward in our consciousness.
Relax! Allow yourself to receive these messages. They will come in a variety of ways and each one is meant to catch your attention. They are only a whisper away.
Have you had a visit? I would love to hear about it below! You can always chat with Zadkiel to help clear the way a bit better for you to better see, feel, hear, know of their visits.
Guess what? I do NOT smudge! April 11 2017 3 Comments
I do not smudge at all any more. I use to and did for years...until we moved to Baltimore.
Here's the story:
We moved into a 'new' home in the Baltimore area. It was gorgeous. It was nestled in a grove of trees in a very small and homey neighborhood. We were renting, being new to the entire area, we weren't sure where we wished to plop permanently (as you will read, it's a GREAT thing we rented). As a welcome gift, our landlord left us not only a bottle of wine but a rather large smudge stick! Did she know me or what?
Typically, I would have jumped right in to smudge the entire house. The Gang, however, kept me busy doing MANY things; unpacking, getting settled and more. It was months and months before that smudge stick got used.
When I did finally get around to smudging, I followed all the 'rules of engagement':
- Started on the top floor
- Started on the top floor in far left corner
- Worked counter clockwise
- Took my time and lingered when necessary
- Repeated on the next two lower levels (basements count too whether they are finished or not!)
Funny thing happened afterwards. While the house felt GREAT for a day or so, it felt terrible within four days. Yes really terrible.
I let the energy settle and observed.
At that time a 'stray dog' (his term, not ours) came to live with us... a friend of one of our daughters who was very troubled. While his bedroom was in the basement (very nicely furnished by the way), he would report hearing voices and footsteps regularly going past his bedroom door.
Even the cats, Linus and Schroeder, would only go downstairs to use their bathroom and scoot back upstairs as quickly as their cute little bodies would carry them.
I saged again and this time really focused on the basement/lower level.
It got worse. Again. Voices increased, footsteps louder and now it was affecting the entire household. Everyone was getting agitated.
Focusing on anything was next to impossible.
This cycle continued a few more rounds; just had to be sure and up until this adventure, saging had always worked!
Turns out the land was cursed. In fact, if you notice I put the term 'new' in quotes at the top of this post. This is because the first house was built in the 1980s and had burned to the ground. The owner rebuilt it. While is was gorgeous and flowed beautifully, the enery was off. Very off. It was cursed via Native Americans (not sure what tribe, didn't ask). You see, Native Americans hold saging sacred and it enhances their energy and connection to the beyond. So every time I saged, I was literally empowering them!
I saged no more. We left that house within a few months of the AHA and never looked back.
NOW I only use my Sacred Mister, Clearing. This is infused with not only the amethyst crystal, but Archangel Zadkiel's energy which is aligned with the Violet Flame. All transmutative energies. Taking that kaka and putting it back to its original state of purity. Nobody gets empowered in a not so nice way with this baby and ALL feel better! Plug for a product? Sure, but as you hopefully know by now, I believe in the power of each product I create and use them all myself. In fact I'm often their guinea pig!
Please think about how the saging affects you before and afterwards; even a few days or weeks afterwards. Does it still feel yummy? If it does, you are safe. If you feel any of the symptoms above, please discontinue.
As always, I look forward to reading your comments below!
Much love and GREAT clearing!
Labels, oh how we succumb March 01 2017
Have you ever noticed that when you meet a new person, potential friend, that we will start off asking what they DO?
We immediate label them; entrepreneur, stay at home parent, garbage collector, plumber, angel goddess, etc.
That label stays and if we don't like what we hear either through fear or judgment (also fear) we look for an escape route. 'They are not our peeps!'
How often have you called some other driver an idiot (or worse)? True, they may not be driving consciously, but perhaps they just got bad news and are rushing to a loved ones side. Perhaps a relative is going into labor. Perhaps...
We've all done it, don't lie. We've all experienced it. I remember a neighborhood gathering a few years back that included a buffet dinner and a chance for the entire neighborhood to gather - they ALL came! As a couple sat down next to me on the couch, they asked the most popular question, 'What do you do?'
Another friend started chuckling and said, 'I LOVE to watch folks faces when you tell them.' I rolled my eyes and shared; very briefly.
They looked at each other and could not leave the couch fast enough.
It's gotten to the extreme lately; social media is a 'safe place' to body shame or shame another that is not of your ilk. THAT'S shameful... Not bothering to know of another's history, what gets THEM juiced up, how do they BE (vs. DOing) before throwing those judgment rocks.
Here's a new challenge for you:
Initially, just notice how often you label folks; fat, slovenly, gorgeous, nerdy, etc. I just finished reading a auto-biography of sorts written by Marilyn Monroe. My Story. It takes this blog post (which ironically I've been playing with for over one month) and succinctly shares how she was labeled from her perspective and not really given the chance to BE. Once you notice how often society labels and then bring it down on how often you label, you just may be in for an awakening.
No judgment - REALLY! It is what it is. However, now BEing a bit more enlightened, how can you switch it up? May I suggest you chat with Zadkiel. He will help to clear the kaka of labels so you may see the truth.
